Please expect this weekend to be an intense learning experience and to make everything go smooth and everyone can take maximum benefit of the master class, we have some rules and regulations for everyone to follow.

• No smoking/ alcohol / heavy perfumes or incense (some attendees may have allergies)
• Please label all that you receive, and keep it with you all times, we shall not be responsible for anything lost and it will not be supplied again.
• Photography/ Videography is strictly prohibited during the class.
• Masterclass ticket, once purchased, is non-refundable. The ticket may however be transferred/sold to another individual, after discussion with Team HennaPro. Upon sale/transfer, Team HennaPro must be notified of the change, along with registration details of the new ticket holder.
• In case of event cancellation by HennaPro, then HennaPro will refund the Masterclass ticket cost.
• Any hotel bookings can be pursued with the venue/hotel directly for refund.
• No partial refund option is available, if ticket holder can only attend any one of the 2 days.
